instructions or text for a card if gift wrapping was selected. A printable invoice is generated for credit card orders. A fax-in
request will generate an invoice suitable for faxing including verbiage
for credit card information and signature along with the order details. After an order is placed, the storeowner can be notified by an
automatic response email or *fax. A web browser over a secure link
